Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Some of our products are offered on a pre-order basis, allowing you to reserve an item before it becomes available for immediate shipment. Please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not currently in stock but is expected to become available on a future date.
Payment
Full payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed. Your order reserves the item and secures your place in the fulfillment queue.
Estimated Shipping Date
Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page whenever available. These dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, customs, or shipping delays beyond our control.
If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship all items together once the pre-order product becomes available. If separate shipments are available, additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request to cancel your pre-order before it has been processed for shipment. Once the order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated shipping dates, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant updates.
Returns and Refunds
Once delivered, pre-order items are covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy. If your order qualifies for a return, the return period begins on the date the item is delivered—not the date the pre-order was placed.
